Enter a world of make believe.

A world defined by colors, so spectacular that you hold your breath, just wondering if you have been transposed to an enchanted land.

This world comes to you from Dale Chihuly, a resident of Tacoma, Washington.

So a visit to Seattle will never be complete without seeing his work of art.

At Tacoma, you have a museum and a glass factory where they teach students. There also you will find the Bride of Glass. This bridge, not really as impressive as people write about, but will give you an introduction to outdoor are.

Where you really get to the fantasy world is in the Seattle Chihuly Garden Museum.
Every themed room transports you to a different world.

Lets start with the room themed Glass Forest.

Here you will see a spectacular combination of Glass and lighting through electrically charged Neon & Argon. A visual spectacle indeed.

You then have two other rooms showing some delightful creations, and as you pass through his creations, artwork and more, you end up in the Sealife Tower, bringing you yet another immersive experience of Color & Light.

The effect color can have with glass can only be experienced here, against the dark black background. Its magical, it’s a fantasy land.

After a few more rooms you end up seeing the outdoor art very creatively blended with the colors of nature. Shine transparent balls are placed to reflect the iconic Space needle, and you can even take a selfie with yourself and the reflection of the Space Needle.

On conclusion, all I can say is my pictures don’t do any justice. Go and experience this yourself, you will truly be immersed in a world of light and color brought in the form of GLASS.
